1st Time Customer

For all first-time clients, we follow a structured process designed to ensure the safety and comfort of our staff, your dog, and all pets in our care.

Before any boarding or training services begin, we require an initial meet-and-greet visit. This allows us to evaluate your dog’s temperament, behavior, and comfort level with our team and environment. It also gives you the opportunity to tour our facility, learn more about our procedures, and ask any questions you may have.

Prior to your dog’s stay, we also require a completed agreement form. This form includes important details about your dog, emergency contacts, medical information, and any special care instructions to help us provide the best possible care in every situation.

Boarding

For our boarding clients, we provide much more than just a place for your dog to stay, we strive to create a safe, comfortable, and enriching experience throughout their visit.

We will keep you informed with regular updates on your dog’s well-being, including eating habits, interactions with other dogs, and any other information you would like to receive during their stay.

As part of our commitment to maintaining your dog’s routine, we dedicate approximately one hour via three 20 to 30 minute sessions each day to stimulating activities either being walking, private play, or continuing any training exercises that are already being practiced at home. This helps ensure consistency and continued progress while your dog is in our care.

Throughout the remainder of the day, dogs have the opportunity to socialize with other compatible dogs in a supervised environment. For dogs that prefer a quieter setting, or when rest is needed, they can relax comfortably in their spacious indoor/outdoor suite. Our goal is to provide every dog with a balanced experience that includes exercise, mental stimulation, social interaction, and plenty of time to rest.

Training

For our training clients, we offer flexible programs to meet your individual goals, your dog’s needs, and your lifestyle. Whether you are looking to build a strong foundation of obedience or building upon a firm foundation, we are committed to creating a training plan that works for both you and your dog.

Our training focuses on essential obedience skills, including sit, down, leash manners, recall, place, and stimulation specific for your dog. These core behaviors provide the foundation for a well-mannered and confident dog both at home and in public settings.

We primarily use positive reinforcement methods, incorporating treats, toys, and praise to encourage desired behaviors and create an enjoyable learning experience. We also teach appropriate leash pressure and handling techniques to build clear communication and reliability, helping reduce dependence on rewards over time while maintaining your dog’s confidence and understanding.
